It is an original, cinematographic looking performance involving a crew of 5 women and one man, circus artists and dancers from various nationalities. The imaginary world of Silenzio is a metaphoric journey through the life and feelings of a lonely man and the presence of the women he met during his life. The scenery is dark, intimate, almost scary at some times, touchy and nostalgic, always.  Circus/Dance performance by Roberto Magro. The show was created by Roberto Magro in the Mercat de les Flors, Barcelona, on 13th may 2018. It has performed in Torino, Italy and is  in Auch, France.

About The Music :

The composition of the OS of Silenzio mostly consisted in a research for new textures in the treatment of strings use, in the aim of expressing the black-and-white, granular feeling of the visual. Bowed pianos, plucked harpsichord, combined with large string ensembles,celesta, cracking wood sticks and angry violins are some of the elements used in the music. The melodic, richly harmonized musical material brings a highly cinematographic impression, which was the starting point agreed between the director and the composer.
