Every year the Holland Dance Festival offers a national platform for young up-and-coming dance talents from Codarts Rotterdam, the leading centre for contemporary Dutch dance. For the tenth year running, this 2018 festival edition is proud to introduce the next generation of top dancers. Bursting with energy, their performances never fail to enthral and inspire. Talent On The Move is a special tenth-anniversary programme featuring a succession of highlights, from new choreographies created specifically for the young dance students to existing creations by acclaimed international choreographers. Alongside work by master choreographer Jiří Kylián they will perform pieces by Jarek Cemerek, Antonin Comestaz and Joost Vrouenraets. Loran Delforge has therefore been commissioned an original musical creation for one of them.

About The Music :

Remake of a first heavy tribal sketch. Boom’s music is focusing on a “down to earth” drive that was the first base for the choreography to be shaped. Composed intricately and in parallel of the choreographical devlopment, the full lenght soundtrack is divided in three movements.
